Ensuring the integrity and security of our partnerships with external vendors is of utmost importance. If you need to request an external vendor review, follow the simple process below to engage our IT and Legal departments for a thorough evaluation:

## Step 1: Vendor Review Request Form 

Start by filling out the Vendor Review Request Form available on the company intranet. Provide essential details such as the vendor's name, services offered, and the scope of the engagement.

## Step 2: Justification and Significance 

In the request form, clearly state the justification for the vendor review and the significance of their services to our company. Explain the nature of the collaboration and any potential risks involved.

## Step 3: IT Assessment
