We're thrilled to announce an exciting event that will be making its debut at Alto – *Bring Your Parent to Work Day*! 

Mark your calendars for August 1st, as we're gearing up to welcome our employees' amazing parents into the heart of our workplace. On this special day, our employees will have the wonderful opportunity to proudly introduce their parents to the place where they spend their weekdays creating magic. 

**What to Expect**

- **Guided Office Tours:** Parents will embark on guided tours, exploring the various departments where their children work and getting a firsthand look at their roles and responsibilities.
- **Engaging Workshops:** Informative workshops will provide parents with insights into their children’s work. From the creative wonders in marketing to the technical prowess in engineering, they'll gain a deeper understanding of our company's diverse functions.
- **Showcasing Accomplishments:** Our star employees will have the chance to showcase their proudest accomplishments.
- **Team-Building Fun:** To enhance the sense of community, we have planned team-building activities that will encourage parents to join in the camaraderie with their children's coworkers.
- **Q&A Session:** The day will conclude with an open Q&A session, where parents can ask questions about the company, its values, and its vision for the future.
